Adelaide HOG Chapter creates memories for a special girl
The Year 12 formal is a big day for any schoolkid. We all remember ours, no matter what those memories were. Any way you look at it, those memories last forever.

So when Adelaide HOG member, Margot Hicks, who works as a support officer at a high school in Adelaide’s North East called out to her HOG clubmembers to form an unforgettable escort for a special needs student, the response was overwhelming.

More than 20 bikes with riders in uniform, plus a vintage Ford Galaxie convertible, turned out to escort Courtney and her parents to the function, creating an entrance no one was going to forget.

More than 20 Adelaide HOG members turned out to escort Courtney to her Year 12 formal

“My heart is swollen with pride at my HOG family for providing the most memorable arrival to a graduation formal you could possibly ask for,” said Margot with a lump in her throat, “Courtney will never forget this night thanks to all of you and she was just so full of smiles the whole time on the way there, constantly telling me this was the ‘best day of her life’ and she loved the car, the motorbikes, and ‘her bikers’.

“Thanks again guys, you have no idea how special this was. We really are so much more than just a HOG club.”

Clearly, Courtney and her beloved bikers will be talked about for some time to come.

If you have an idea for a motorcycle escort, put it it to your local HOG chapter. You might have to kick the charity tin big time, but it will be worth every second.
