What employment opportunities will I have?
This course prepares and qualifies you as a light engine/Motorcycle technician capable of working in the automotive motorcycle service and repair industry.
What qualification will I receive?
On successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will be awarded the Certificate III in Motorcycle Mechanical Technology (AUR30816). As part of the Australian Qualifications Framework this program is nationally recognised and obtained through Kangan Institute.
How long does an Apprenticeship take?
Apprenticeships are a 'earn as you learn' option that takes around four years to complete. It combines full-time work and formal on-the-job training with us at Harley Heaven which is supported by the Training Team at Kangan Institute if you live in Victoria or TAFE SA – Regency Campus if you live in South Australia.
What locations can I work at?
We have Harley Heaven located in Dandenong, Ringwood, Adelaide, Sydney, West Sydney and West Melbourne.
What are my Career Pathway options?
Here at Harley Heaven, we have the ability to provide you with not just a job but a career pathway. Once you are qualified as a Motorcycle Mechanic, there are various opportunities to grow and develop into roles such as Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, Service Manager…. the path you choose to ride is yours to map!!
