The Black Dog Ride is more than just a ride—it’s a movement to spark conversations about mental health, depression, and suicide prevention. Every day, 8 Australians lose their lives to the black dog. Let’s ride together to raise awareness and make a difference.
On the third Sunday of March each year we hold "1 Dayer" rides in every state and territory across Australia, ensuring mental health and suicide prevention is spoken about right across the country. By 2018 this national awareness raising activity mobilised over 6,500 people in 40 different regions.
