Working in Automotive sales is a great career if you have a genuine passion for motorcycles, enjoy interacting with customers to ensure that you deliver a great customer experience. Plus, you get to work with some awesome brands and an experienced and skilled team.
What the role looks like:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Learn the steps to a “Road to a Sale” process.
- Sell the company’s products and services.
- Complete all paperwork relating to a sale.
- Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
- Work with our Service, Parts & Accessories departments to gauge our customer needs.

What employment opportunities will I have?
This course prepares and qualifies you in Automotive Sales capable of performing general sales and marketing functions working in the automotive motorcycle service and repair industry.
What qualification will I receive?
On successful completion of your traineeship, would be awarded a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Sales.
How long does a traineeship take?
A Sales Traineeship is all online learning and self- paced that takes one year to complete. It combines full-time work and formal on-the-job training with us at Harley Heaven which is supported by our experienced and skilled Senior Sales team.
What locations can I work at?
We have Harley Heaven located in Dandenong, Ringwood, Adelaide, Sydney, Western Sydney and West Melbourne.

I originally started in Bike Sales, and have worked across many industries selling Cars, Boats and Real-estate and have found that my true calling has always been in the Motorcycle world. I have also worked across many roles including Sales and Management where I have had the opportunity to mentor my team which has seen them grow, learn, and develop within their own career pathway!
