A nice machine but...........
I am the proud owner of a 2017 FLHXSE. The product has been very well appointed with many extras to make it a true CVO. If I new then what I know know about the bike I possibly would not have purchsed that model as I think the seating position is not really designed for the taller person. I find the CVO seat to be very hard with a sitting position to far forward. I have changed the seat to a standard Street Glide seat, which has pushed me back approx 50mm. I know it doesn't sound much but it is enough to take some of the stress out of the hips and legs. The standard seat is also softer and more supportive to the spine on longer trips. I have replaced the original cam with a 447 torque cam, added SE 4.5in street cannon mufflers and SE headers. This has increased the perfornance and the economy of the bike. After the initial teething problems with the engine I have had no complaints. The bike is really a power house, as it should be for a CVO.
